1. Get plenty of clean air and sun light for vitamin D, ingredients for balanced skin. 2. Remember, even tension might result in internal chemical responses that result in acne, too. Too little water might lead to dehydration, which might lead to dead skin cells not the natural way falling off or sloughing properly; the end result might be clogged pores, acne.
4. Acne has very little to do with grime. So don’t over-scrub or over-scrub your face or the rest of one’s body. Keep in mind that too much might result in dry skin. And dry skin means one’s body will jump in and create more oil. Then what? Additional oil + extra dead skin cells = clogged pores, triggering acne flare-ups.
5. Add more fruits, veggies, seeds and nuts to your regular diet regime. (Note that deficiencies in selenium and zinc, found in Brazil nuts and pumpkin seeds, have been associated with acne.) So add salads, dried fruit and nut snacks, juices and other balanced treats to your day-to-day planning.
